Through a proven process of continual testing, checks and balances that we have developed throughout our twenty five plus years of experience, we ensure a quality product perfectly matched to the vehicle with the form, fit and ride the customer has come to rely on.
We take great pride in the fact that we manufacture over 90% of our products in the USA from our state of the art manufacturing facility located right here in Chino Valley, AZ. We are continually expanding and improving our manufacturing processes and equipment acquisitions to keep up with production demands to ensure efficient and timely delivery of our products to market. We currently house a machine shop complete with CNC mills and lathes, the latest in laser cutting technology, robotic welders as well multi access CNC hydraulic press breaks and multi access CNC tube benders along with a plating division, injection molding division, powder coating division, assembly and packaging division and shipping department. Having control of all these areas and aspects of manufacturing and production helps us to ensure the best in quality control.
The best products in the world have no value what so ever if they are not supported and marketed properly. This is one area here at PAG that we have come to realize and focus major emphasis on and will continue to do so in the future. We are very excited about some of our upcoming changes and services that we are putting in to affect now and in the very near future including: website enhancements, increased media coverage and advertising, new POP display materials, all new PAG catalogs and pricing, revised Co-op Advertising program, all new warranty, return and freight policies as well as our new Dealer Services Area on the PAG website which will allow you to download catalogs, price lists, new product announcements, complete volumetric sheets for all our products, vehicle pictures, product pictures, pre-approved ad slicks, logos, etc. We realize and are responding to your requests to make this sort of data available to you electronically and conveniently and will strive to be a leader in the industry in this regard.
Lastly but perhaps of the utmost importance over all is our Customer Order Desk and Tech Support Departments. This is our lifeline to you, our customers. We have recently just completed relocating both departments, adding additional phone lines and additional personnel for both departments in order to better serve you and increase our efficiency and response time.
